It's a lack of education. It's the stigma of intelligence in urban communities. It's the "basket of crabs." It's a lack of leadership and having some standards. It's worrying about what people say on social media.

It's people who are too ignorant to know better, and too stupid to try harder.

You can't have a civilization without being civil. Unfortunately you can't have an omlette without cracking eggs, either.
