A dispute at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in May 2021 escalated into a chaotic scene, resulting in the arrest of two individuals. Brittany Cabay and Zackary Colzin were apprehended following a heated altercation at the popular Ohio water park, authorities said.

The confrontation began over a line-cutting dispute for a ride, leading to a series of events that quickly spiraled out of control. Despite the efforts of lifeguards to de-escalate the situation, violence ensued. Witnesses reported that Cabay engaged in a physical confrontation with a man, who subsequently threw her to the ground, causing her to lose consciousness momentarily.

Colzin, identified as Cabay's boyfriend, also played a central role in the disturbance. In the course of the altercation, he rendered himself unconscious and later attacked an emergency medical technician (EMT) and a deputy. Both Colzin and Cabay were described as highly intoxicated and combative.

The couple faced multiple charges including persistent disorderly conduct while intoxicated, assault, and aggravated menacing.

completely useless lifeguards etc. i was annoyed with that woman in red at the end. The whole time she did nothing besides putting on some gloves and then tells the camera guy to move the fuck away.
also i think the taller guy with the flowers swimming trunks has a screw loose, also the way he "punches" using his left reminds me of 12 year old girls fighting.

Even with all that going on that guy had no right to slam that girl on her head he could have killed her. Easy enough to restrain someone that size. When I do a throw like that I’m looking to really hurt someone.
