Fight errupts between smartphone sellers and general public. It is said that the smartphone seller seems to cheat of his client, but the real cause is being investigated by the enforcement.

Like often in group beatings as you also can see here when the guy gets a hit and sits down with his hands covering his head/face the crowd seems to calm down and most think that was enough beating for the day and then there's always some raging person that starts kicking and beating again en then the other ones skip in again like they're trying to top the attacker's anger and the one re-starting the kicking/beating smoothly disappears in the background. Same with riots in the street or football stadiums.

That's exactly what it is... One asshole triggering another, and so on and so on... and voila! You've got a riot.
