I think its more of a self discriminatory issue regardless of color.

Most white think of themselves dignified and acts accordingly but a few stands out and act like animals.

Most black, themselves thinking they are not good enough to match the whites act like that but there are more than a few that stands out and shows themselves equal to white man in dignity and purpose. and loved by all colors of men.

so discrimination (if there should be one) should not be by color but by their character whatever color of skin they have.
