How the hell did blacks end up with such a welfare stereotype when welfare was made for whites (was it not???) and is still dominated by whites? Take a look at some stats and its plain to see who uses more govt benefits. And I'm not even gonna start on how much of our tax dollars end up in the top 1% hands while they pay no taxes more often then they do. Sorry for the rant but ignorance is the 1st problem in America.

Welfare is 'dominated' by whites because whites account for 70 percent of the population. If you look at the stats, however, you will find that African Americans account for a much greater portion of welfare recipients per capita.

Same thing for most crimes (except murder. African Americans are responsible for nearly 50 percent of all murders in the states) including assault, rape, theft, vandalism, child molestation, and even account for more serial killers per capita than whites.

Basically, it's easy to say 'whites do so much more stuff than blacks' when you aren't taking population size into account. For most things, whites are actually underrepresented, committing crimes at a lower rate than everyone but Asians.
