This stupid fuck was looking at 5 years just from pulling the gun. But given that they're charging him with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, I wouldn't be surprised if he got slapped with twice that much.

I actually like Florida's criminal penalties regarding unlawful use of a firearm: you get 5 for pulling it, 10 if you fire a round, and 20 if that round wounds someone. Moral: make sure you're justified before going that heavy.
