I was taught to never hit a lady, she ain't a lady so its fair game........ Makes me embarrassed to be British. What someone there should have done if they didn't want to hit her was put her in a sleeper hold then lay her down in the recovery position. If she came round and started again just repeat, she'd get the message soon enough.
