Debt Collector Slaps, Kicks, Punches and Humiliates Victim
Brazil, The suspect can be seen drinking a beer and slaps, kicks, punches and humiliates the victim. At a certain point in the aggression, he breaks the 'long neck' bottle on the boy's head. The crime is being investigated by the city's Civil Police. Preliminary information shows that the victim has already been identified, but is out of town in fear of the threats he suffered. The perpetrator of the attacks was also identified, but not yet located. He is known in the city and would be the son of a businessman in the region, which was not confirmed by the authorities.
