I want to know the story behind this one.

Sounds like there might be a restraining order on the mental bitch, and the cops were called. The guy was probably just pissed that she's trespassed whilst under a restraining order and took it out on the cops... not that the cops are walking behind crazy bitch every minute of the day to stop her breaking a restraining order.
