Damn, now both arms are fucked up  I still can't figure out exactly why his right arm got so messed up from being tazed. I know he caught on fire momentarily but that right arm looks like it got hit by a bomb |

Well, he asked for it so they did. This is shot in 2013 with a body cam, probably not as high res as they use nowadays. The article says he wasn't badly injured. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ch-police.html If you follow that black line on the pavement you see his arm laying left of it and on the right of that line it appears to be a piece of burned sking and a small puddle of blood laying there. That in combination with the low cam resolution the image looks distorted imo so it looks like a chunk is missing |
