Cop that Seized Two Scooters Beaten Up Bad
Thailand. A cop that arrived in a car impounds two scooters/motorcycle, as they both drove way faster as allowed (technically), and sits on one of the scooters/motorcycles waiting for a back-up van to transport them to the police station for further tests when one of the owners decides to punch this cop over and over again before fleeing the scene. He was arrested an hour later though. |
