Aye, apparently, Kenny Moore + hotel bar + hotel were ALL sued in Shreveport, LA for this, but Kenny's still doing stand-up and living in Dallas. Seems he lost a contract deal because of this incident... Presumably, he's no longer responding to moronic verbal insults with heavy-duty guitar-bashing. You can actually unintentionally kill someone with the wrong unlucky bash to the head. |

Yep people are funny that way. All yea get him then when blood flies and it isn't like they saw on TV they are dialing 911 and being Mr witness for the prosecution. No one ever wins a fight.
