I don't care what shape you're in, full out fighting is exhausting. If you don't agree try standing in the ring boxing for 3 minutes.
"Full out fighting" and boxing shouldn't be put in the same sentence.. Try fighting in a cage for 15 minutes.

"Full out fighting" and boxing shouldn't be put in the same sentence.. Try fighting in a cage for 15 minutes.
I have boxed in a ring and fought in the street. I'm sure the level of endurance required in the cage is not any different. If anything I think street fighting is the most exhausting because your adrenaline levels are as high as they can possibly be ( at least for me ) because there are no rules, anything goes and anything can happen including and up to death.

Endurance and stamina are two vital factors if you want to succeed in any combat sport period.
