A man suspected of frequently committing fraud against coffee farmers was finally apprehended by residents on Java, Indonesia.

The perpetrator is suspected of having carried out several fraudulent acts by pretending to be a coffee buyer from farmers. The perpetrator usually convinces the victims that the payment will be made via transfer.

However, after the coffee is delivered, the promised money is never received by the farmers.

The fraudulent acts are suspected to have occurred more than once or twice. In fact, the perpetrator is said to be a repeat offender with similar modus operandi.

The latest incident began when the perpetrator tried to carry out his scheme again, however, he happened to encounter a farmer who had long been suspicious of him and was keeping an eye on him.
