After arresting literally thousands of bad guys over thirty years as a cop, I can't help but wonder if that guy wasn't the village idiot as well as the local chicken thief. Look at how he reacts to the initial punches and kicks...it's kinda weird and he reacts a little on the retarded side. Maybe it's just me, but he acts a little goofy.

I agree. The perp seems to be a bit "touched". I've never had Brazilian chicken, but it must be pretty fucking incredible to beat the piss out of a guy like that over it.   |
