Why would this be a death penalty case though? If all of them survive, there is no need for a DP. Not even a life sentence. They’d have to take into account it was a domestic violence incident which would be running on committing this sort of crime from passion...or how ever they label it. I would imagine a great lawyer could whittle away the sentencing for this crime.
