in nyc attacking a bus driver or train operator is a felony punishable of 7 years. they have a lot of protection.. but, they dont have much protection.. get what i mean?.. like some new buses have a shield glass for bus drivers where they sit. what was this bus driver doing out of her seat? idk.. but if she wanted to punish the girl, she could have halted the bus until the girl either turns down her music or gets off the bus. that will lead everyone to either be mad at the driver or the girl for not heeding the rules of the bus.. #1 rule on buses usually are no radios.. (playing music on a phone could constitute as being a radio.. i know how these kids like to play that shit loud like its cool).
