Vietnam, A girl was bullied and beaten up for no known reason a half year ago by a group of other students. They filmed the incident. She asked her mother for a transfer to another school in some other town to finish her study. However the group sent the video to students to that other town's school and the bullying continued. Her mother found out about the video and contacted the Police department, who are investigating the matter.
