I've never understood the whole kicking-his-head-in thing. You can beat the shit out of someone quite nicely without involving the serious risk of brain-damaging and/or killing someone which booting a person in the head always entails. Do you really hate your opponent that much? Is he really worth putting yourself in that kind of legal trouble potentially?

Maybe I'm just a gentleman, but when a guy is down and clearly isn't getting back up to resume combat, the fight is over.
