There are a lot of newsfeeds on that one, like u-all-are-animals already wrote. Most of them in german. Here is a picture of the victim. The bad resolution of the camera could be held responsible for mistaken Markus with a girl  :Nervertheless, I feel sorry for everybody who gets in trouble with assholes like the ones in Markus`case. In good old germany you need to be very careful when you decide to help someone who gets attacked. If you hurt the thugs you will be punished for that! The officials want you to call the police and calm the assholes down with words.... as if they would listen. They want you to interfere, but not in a violent way.... I for myself decided to help if I ever get in such a situation and face the consequences. I wouldn`t be able to look in the mirror again if I only would call the police and remain silent near by and witness a murder going on... That`s not what I wanted for myself if I would be in the victimhood.  · |

In 90% of the cases this is true! The other 10% the offenders are from russia, albania, yugoslavia... Damn, now I sound like a nazi! Or is it just the WWII sense of guilt they brainwashed into my head in school? Do you remember the case of Mehmet? http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fall_Mehmet (sorry, only in german) I try to summarize it for you! Mehmet was found guilty of beating up and robbing a classmate at the age of 14. Before that he already was convicted in more than 60 cases of thievery, burglary, mayhem, blackmail and coercion. Unfortunately before the age of 14 you can`t be judged properly. But after the assault on his classmate he was deportet back to turkey. His parents lived over 30 years in germany so far. In 2002, 4 years after the deportation, the court decided to let him come back because of his parents long time connection to germany (bad decision!) In 2005 he received a convition of 18 months jail for blackmail, assault and menace to his own parents. Instead of imprisonment he fled to turkey, where he lives until now. A request to skip the imprisonment and returning home was rejected by the officials. And we have thousands of similar cases like him! Some worse, some less. But try to commit tax evasion..... jesus christ! You are done for sure in this country! You got more rights as a childmolester or rapist.... it disgusts me  |
