Meh hes not that badly hurt..he probably already had brain damage hah. But that sound is just a badly broken nose and jaw. Hell be alright, able to go around stabbing people in the neck in no time.

I am pretty sure that sound is his breathing reflex being fucked up from getting his brain rattled around so bad.. Probably some minor to possibly serious brain damage, maybe even brain hemorrhaging. Almost certainly dude had a broken jaw, flying knees on his jaw. Hope he went to the hospital after that, dude could have internal brain bleeding and be dead in a couple hours after a beating like that. That's what he got though, mexican definitely took some boxing lessons before, he hit him with 1 2 combo's like the dude was a punching bag. Vicious, both dudes came with the will too fight but the mexican has a killer instinct. Definitely a strong warrior.. I wouldn't wanna fuck with him that's for sure. |
