Brazil - Young Couple Beaten for Child Abuse
In Lagomar (Brazil), a young couple were beaten by 'Community Dealers' for having mistreated their child. It looks like they made the bloke beat the girl first + then in the second video they carried on the beating + gave him some too!

He didn't seem to have any reservations about putting some good whacks on his girlfriend. That said, he certainly got beat a lot harder in the second video.
