Brazil - Special Needs Child Films His Father Attacking His Mother
In the early hours of 5th September 2020 in Castelo Branco, (Salvador, Brazil), 37 year old L.d.S was beaten by her ex-husband. The ex-husband, a road worker, assaulted 'L' as their 13 year old special needs son filmed. He hit + punched her, threw glasses + a chair at her, then pushed her down a 4 metre ladder. 'L' was sent to the hospital in a stable condition. The attack was due to the man's refusal to pay alimony for their youngest son. 'L's family state that this was not the first time she had been physically attacked by her ex. She had already filed 3 complaints about him to the police, but no protective measures were put in place. The attacker, with whom 'L' had been with for 14 years, still hasn't been found.

It seems the only protective measures to protect the victims, mom and the children...would be to kill the fucking bastard. This is not the first time. Won’t be the last. Next time, she, the younger child he is angry about, and/or all of them could be killed by him.   I wonder if she killed him, would LE and the courts throw her in prison? The police and courts don’t care too much about DV in underdeveloped countries. On another note, I thought I saw this in the death section, but said she had been beaten to death. Or maybe that’s a different DV footage. |
