Brazil - Alleged Thief Gets Beaten + Tortured
At dawn on 29th October 2020 in Vila Frederico (Brazil), a man was beaten + tortured by other men. One of the accused has been arrested. He confessed to have taken part in the attack + said that the victim had stolen narcotics + was receiving punishment. The victim was taken to the hospital.
