Bodyslam and Headkicking During Mass Fight Outside Club
Serbia, The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad informs the public that the Criminal Department of this Prosecutor's Office has issued an order to conduct an investigation against eight persons on suspicion that M.L and B.N. committed the crime of aggravated attempted murder, with grounds for suspicion that S.V., M.M., N.D., M.M. and M.B. committed violent behavior in a group outside a club. The prosecution says that eight people were arrested and that they were ordered to be detained for up to 48 hours, after which they will be questioned before the prosecutor. The minimum prescribed punishment for attempted aggravated murder is 10 years, and the maximum is life. Penalties for violent behavior range from 6 months to five years in prison. |
