The guy obviously does some kind of martial arts (Judo) by the looks of it. A true gentleman at the end though, which is nice to see for a change.

Even though it was an accident, that little dude still had some really good grapple game, and he tried to open up with a flying knee although its hard to tell, looked crazy.

I don't think it was an accident. The guy must have known a move to break a leg, KNEW he was going to break the guy's leg, and hence had the compassion to help the fugger up. Conjecture, but I don't believe it was luck.
