When I was at the airport in Beijing at the end of my 2000 tour there, and we went to the airport, our guide told us that all the cars parked in the untamed wilds around the airport were filled with couples having sex. The police ignored them. It was hard to get a hotel room at that time in China, unless you were traveling on business, and then your accommodation would be arranged by your company. So it was hard to find a good place to have sex. She and her boyfriend occasionally arranged time at a friend's apartment when the friends were out of town. From what I have heard since, it is now EASY to get a cheap motel room, usually in an un-registered hotel, who the police protect in exchange for very small kickbacks.  But a lot of people still just use their cars. This couple should have had more brains than that. Even a basement stairwell would have been smarter for them. Or they COULD have just locked the fucking door!  |
