Oh, now I know what prompted the response. It happens from 0:03-0:06 second mark. The armless man said something that makes a specific set of listeners go into a frenzy. The start of the sentence that I heard was ... "just like the ____ you are". That's when this specific group lose all sense of sanity. It's a "trigger" word and I think you can guess from that.
