Beating of Cellmate and Pouring Boiling Water on Him
In a cell of the 7th Resistance police station, where a group of prisoners fiercely attacked Germán Ayala, one of those arrested for the murder of journalist Marcos Misiaszek last Saturday. Via relatives of one of the detainees in that police station, they obtained the filmic material in which the "corrective" applied to Ayala is beaten. Then it was confirmed by the police. In addition to the beatings, the prisoners also threw boiling water from a thermos can and one of the attackers told him "it is so that you learn not to mess with the prisoners' family, to want to steal." Another had to tell them to stop with the blows because "you're going to kill him." As the images put it, at least two prisoners and a third film participate in the attack. The police press confirmed what happened, although they were impervious to the consultation of the broadcast video. They did report that they urgently entered the cell, where two iron facas were kidnapped and that the police doctor examined the 8 detainees who occupy that space. Given the situation, six inmates were relocated to different units. Ayala was lodged in the 1st police station in Fontana. In addition to the terrible beating of Ayala, it is also worth noting that at least one prisoner had a cell phone in prison, which is the one filming the incident. It should also be noted that in the minute the video lasts, no police officer approaches, despite the screams of the disorder itself. Germán Ayala is accused of being the one who handled the motorcycle on which the two criminals were moving and not the one who shot. |
