This is the city I live in and I am so ashamed of what it's become. The thing that nobody really seems to be aware of that I came to a screen hing realization is that the perpetrator is the addiction suppression people. Central City Concern has such a monopoly and stranglehold on services here. This war in Portland was and is being fed like a mountain spring by federal and state taxes that just trickle in like the end of CreepShow 2 (the one with the floating Bob)
