what i could find: A video circulating on social media shows a black woman yelling at an elderly white man outside a Texas Longhorn eatery. The dispute was over seating and the black woman decided to make it about race. She is heard yelling about his whiteness and how people like him make black people do what they do. The woman then threatens to spit at the man before assaulting him. The elderly man hits her back but then she assaults him some more from behind. There have been no reports of the incident in the news. No updates on if the woman was arrested. |

The problem is that, because they hit each other, the police has to arrest both regardless of who hit who first. That's if they want to press charges. Or they can both walk away if they don't. At least that's how it is in NY.

She was angrily pursuing the elderly man into the restaurant. I hope that the store manager intervened, asked her to leave, then upon the refusal, called 911 and trespassed that woman.
