What he shoved into the corner of that, previously NOT broken window, is clearly his right antecubital fossa. His right brachial artery is probably severed... probably is right median nerve as well. If he got a tourniquet on there between his injury and his shoulder, plus had someone take him to the hospital he has a good chance of making it out alive... Since the ambulance took him; he's probably fiiiine. If he had decided to just walk home and tried to sleep it off.... he won't wake up.
