I herd from a few Mexicans from the crowd that, he and his partner are kidnappers and they have killed people in the past. They also kept asking him that where is he from! They probably just end up beating the shit out of him if not killed the fucker after he was tied up.  Fair street Justice if you ask me.. in comparison to Africa and other savage villages (Brazil) |

At the end of the vid the guy on the far right looks to be an intended target of the pair. He's got blood dripping down his head and he doesn't appear to be a friend of the guy getting tied up.
