I'm guessing anyway, that this is an after school fight, watched and filmed by adult morons, or maybe they're schoolies also in the back of the car, I can't tell. Why don't Americans wear uniforms?

Some public school districts actually do make their students wear unis. And girls skirts are usually conservative in length. If they look like the skirts tv shows have girls in uniforms wear, it’s because the wearer has folded the band up to shorten it. They also have the choice of trousers and even shorts, like Capri looking things but above the knees. |
