China, CCTV recorded on March 25, shows 8 men armed with sticks and machetes, beating a guy in the parking lot of an entertainment center.
After a barrage of punches the man lost consciousness and his offenders stop and seem to lose interest in the proceedings but after some time they returned to the victim, lying on the pavement and shined light in his eyes, and when they were sure he's still alive he received some more beatings and kicking in the face.
The victim survived as the doctors didn't fear for his life. He was diagnosed with a brain concussion, a broken arm, multiple stab wounds on the body and abrasions on his head.
He claims he did not know the attackers, but his relatives told that 3 months ago, Liu (the name of the beaten man) borrowed a large sum of money from some people.
Although he received phone calls with threats, he did not return the money, nore the percentage.
This crime has caused great public attention in the province as the first day of the beating video was posted online it got over 68 million views.
In search of the attackers three suspects were arrested by the police. The investigators told that they are related to a network of clandestine casinos in Fujian.
