4 Girls of Rival Handball Teams Fighting Leaving One Unconscious
A row between four students of a State High School in Pará, Brazil led to violent scenes, resulting in one student being unconscious and three others injured on Thursday morning. According to information from the school's management, the students involved in the fight are part of two rival handball teams. After they left school on Wednesday (24th), two students provoked the other two and the moment they were entering the school the following morning (25th), another discussion began, which resulted in physical aggression. Video shows one of the girls being violently assaulted with punches and kicks. A student arrives to kick the other in the face, who later was unconscious and had to be attended to the Hospital in a hurry. A friend of the battered girl tries to defend her, but ends up being assaulted as well. The young woman who suffered the most aggressive attacks was referred to Hospital where examinations were performed. The others involved were taken to the Women's Police Department, where they gave testimony. The police will still hear the testimony of the assaulted who is receiving medical attention. According to school steps were taken and the case was referred to the State Public Ministry (MPE), and the coordination of the educational institution is following the whole process. The next step will be the transfer of the students to other schools in the municipality. |
