Its intriguing to me that the US is the only place that has issues with school shootings (considered related), yet bullying is so pervasive it occurs in every country, every city in the world. Are American kids just more pissed off about it? It must be because we don't let them beat each other up.

Maybe I am reading into this too much but from my understanding, minors are not allowed to have tattoos in China. IDK, I'm just curious what the backstory is on this. At a quick glance, the laws in China are surprisingly lenient on bullying if the perpetrator is under 16 years old and very vague if the perpetrator is an adult. |
