I can't translate but I am assuming that the other guys (who showed up after the drunk ran away) didn't see the drunk try to take a swing at the asian guy and were wondering why the asians were beating up on the drunk.

I think they wanted someone to attack, they were split up like they were alone, then when the guy got aggro the right asian stood in then another one came from up to 5 seats back.
