2 Men Fighting, One Ends Up with Their Lip Bitten Off!
Taken from an article dated yesterday: "A brawl between two Brooklyn straphangers turned gory over the weekend when one man bit off part of another guy’s lip, according to police and a video of the incident. The two unidentified combatants got into a scuffle inside the Utica Avenue 4/5/6 station in Crown Heights at about 10 p.m. Saturday, police said. The men first circled one another and postured while a crowd of onlookers egged them on, according to graphic cellphone footage posted to YouTube. “Just swing!” one spectator can be heard shouting. Other commuters simply walked through the battle as though nothing was going on. Things got ugly when the taller of the two combatants pinned the shorter one behind an MTA vending machine. The shorter man twisted his arm around his foe and socked him once in the head — prompting the taller fighter to lunge at him and snap at the side of the smaller guy’s face. The taller man bit the other guy’s “lip and jaw, removing a part of his lip,” police said. After the chomp, the pair continued to trade blows before the taller man appeared to body-slam his adversary off a short set of subway stairs. The subway tiles quickly became speckled with blood as the two tangoed on the station floor, a pool forming as the man’s face gushed during the bout. At one point, the bitten man appeared to slam his attacker’s face into a puddle of his own freshly spilled blood. The sight of blood quickly soured the crowd’s mood, as more people began to shout, “Chill!” and “Break it up!” “Yo, let’s help him out!” one spectator said of the bitten man. The taller combatant then quickly slinked out of the station exit leading to the northwest corner of Eastern Parkway and Utica Avenue, video shows. The bitten man was taken to Kings County Hospital, police said. It’s unclear what the brawl was about. There have been no arrests, and an investigation is ongoing, police said." |
