Vietnam. On Monday afternoon, after school, 17 year old T.M.K, called the 13 year old teen out to talk. As soon as he got there, he grabbed his neck and punched him repeatedly in the face and head.

T.M.K has repeatedly posted messages with an extremely arrogant and challenging attitude and called it another victory.
