Shawn Carroll Kills Wife and Himself
BAKERSFIELD, CA - Police have released the 911 call related to the murder-suicide last month of a couple in southwest Bakersfield. Investigators say their evidence indicates Shawn Carroll shot his wife Diane Carroll at their home on De Colores Ct. March 10, then turned the gun on himself and died from a self-inflicted gun shot wound. Diane Carroll was transported to Kern Medical Center where she died. Police say the investigation into what led to the shooting continues and no other information is being released at this time. The shootings happened less than 24 hours after Diane Carroll filed for divorce. We're choosing to air this graphic sound in our 17 newscasts as part of our ongoing commitment to shed light on the community-wide problem of domestic violence. On the call, you hear the caller who identified himself as Shawn Carroll say he shot his wife, that he is out of control and that his wife needed help after he shot her in the stomach. Shawn Carroll also told the 911 operator he was going to shoot himself.  |

He's trying to make it sound like it was the dispatcher's fault after he shot his wife. Sick fuck should've just killed himself.
