If they did and the woman lived they would be suing for destruction of property! This country is so dang sue happy that everyone has to cover their butts and yet they still get sued! There needs to be a penalty for bringing ridiculous lawsuits and losing. As it works now they lose nothing and pay nothing to lawyers unless they win. It is ridiculous!!! |

I am not a health care professional but even I can tell that those are the sounds of a human being dying. WTF. Nothing will bring the poor woman back but I was glad to read that the emergency department attempted to educate themselves after this tragedy. Rest in peace Mrs. Stucki.

I am not a health care professional but even I recognized that those were the sounds of a human being dying. WTF. Nothing will bring that poor woman back but I am glad to have read that the department attempted to further educate themselves on how to handle a situation like this in the future.
