Off-duty Officer-involved Shooting Near 1600 E. 95th St.
Audio is from an off-duty officer-involved shooting on February 6, 2024, near 1600 E. 95th Street in Chicago. The incident began at a gas station, where an off-duty Chicago Police officer was in his personal vehicle. Another vehicle entered the parking lot and pulled behind the officer's vehicle. An individual got out of that vehicle and fired at the off-duty officer. The officer returned fire. Neither the individual nor the officer was struck by gunfire. No one is in custody and no weapon was recovered on scene. Watch the video of this incident here.
