Mark Welch's 911 Call About His Dreams Coming True
Mark Welch, a teenager in Florida decided to smoke some synthetic marijuana, and apparently it was a little more trippy then he could handle. Welch called 911 twice and tried to convince the police that what had happened in his dreams was actually now happening in real life. Police responded and placed him under arrest.
