When are our dumbfuk lawmakers going to realize that sexual predators CANNOT BE TREATED. It's a disease that they can never get rid of. If i ruled the world, first offense violent sexual assault convicts would be castrated. But i don't rule the world, a bunch of idiotic, wealthy lawmakers who aren't subject to the repercussions of the release of these animals do.
