Flying Tiger Flight 66 Cockpit Recording
On February 19, 1989, a Boeing 747 operating as Flying Tiger Flight 66 was flying an international cargo flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia when there was confusion where the plane was supposed to land. The plane ended up hitting a hill and killing all four people aboard.  ·
