Young Girl Following a Dog on The Crosswalk is Hit by a Car
A seven year old girl was hospitalized with various injuries after she was struck at a crosswalk by an oncoming vehicle as she followed a dog across the street.

Dumb kid? seriously? she's on the only right place to cross a road...dumb driver for sure, couldn't he see at least the dog and brake before doing that shit? probably on cellphone....

Aren't there normally stop lights or stop signs at pedestrian crossings? Not sure if one was there or not, but it would make a lot of sense to put one there.

It's her fault. You don't go running out into the road like that when the oncoming traffic doesn't have a stop light/sign. It appears there is even a yield sign for vehicles. She wasn't thinking beyond following that dog. So yeah, I would be asking the parents |
