A big guy like that riding a tiny scooter... It's comical to look at. The scooter was revved to the max, its engine straining to reach 45 kph. If that lane of road is intended to support two vehicles side-by-side, the driver of the car was at fault for turning left across 2 lanes. But in Russia I guess they don't know that painted lines can define separate lanes of traffic. It's little wonder that Russia has as many road accidents as it does.
