Yamaha Rider Dies After Colliding with a SsangYong Turning Left
Russia, Police cleared the motorist of any wrongdoing as after investigation they concluded the biker was exceeding the max speed limit. Biker's family disagrees and tries to make it into a case.

ANY wrongdoing? How about not paying attention to the closing speed of the on-coming traffic? Regardless of how fast he was going? And the bike was going significantly faster than the rest of the traffic...so, there's that. But still, look twice at vehicles coming at you so you can gauge the speed. |

I don't see the motorbike going MUCH faster than the rest of the traffic. And the rules are very clear: You must yield to oncoming traffic. But then Russian cops are just as corrupt as any other cops, and just as fucking useless. So, good luck with that... |

Bullshit, the biker is speeding and doesn't pay attention to the upcoming traffic. The biker only noticed the approaching car after it started to turn while it had his blinker on all the time. You also see the speeding by the distance the biker creates with the traffic behind him. Thats growing fast, only focused on speeding away |
