Hits his head first. Falls right on his head, neck, and back....something happening with the stuck arms...like a seizure or similar....they move him! Damn. Wonder if he made it...or is in a coma.

I would be surprised if he had lived, or at the very least he has severe disabilities... That posturing was caused by brain trauma. The brain swelling alone would most likely do him in. Two hands on ladders people!!!  |

If you watch closely at the instant he releases the ladder then watch his body as he falls it looks like he had a seizure or blackout etc while he was on the ladder and didn't react at all to losing his balance and falling most people would flail or try to grab something.
